Job Description:
Zain Saudi Arabia, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to work from home in Medina, SA. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a high level of communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client requests and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 5. Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their accounts. 6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to clients. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients and anticipate their needs.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Resilient and dedicated personality traits. 5. Innovative and leadership-oriented soft skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
