Job Description - Client Service Officer


Job Description:


Panda Retail Company is seeking a qualified Client Service Officer to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Collaborate with other departments within the company to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience - Monitor client accounts and keep accurate records of interactions - Prepare reports and present findings to management as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role - Resourceful and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong negotiation and leadership skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
