Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and passionate Client Service Officer to join our team at Saudi Arabian Mining Company in Medina, SA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate as needed. 4. Communicate with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Assist in the development of client service policies and procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. At least 4 years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate emotional intelligence. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software. 6. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. 7. A passion for delivering exceptional client service. 8. Confidence in dealing with challenging situations.
