Client Service Officer

Job Description:

L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a passionate and resilient Client Service Officer to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Assist clients with product information, orders, and any other inquiries - Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless client experience - Resolve client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate client records and information in our database - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met - Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Continuously strive to improve client service processes and procedures

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
