Client Service Officer Job Description:
Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company is seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Service Officer to join our team in Mecca, SA. This part-time position offers an entry-level opportunity for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients both in person and through various communication channels 2. Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution in a timely and efficient manner 3. Maintain accurate client records and documentation 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction 5. Identify and implement strategies to improve client experience and loyalty 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide knowledgeable support to clients 7. Handle client complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy 8. Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company in a positive and professional manner
Requirements: 1. Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 3. Ability to work well in a team environment 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 5. Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours 6. Bilingual proficiency is a plus 7. Must have a keen eye for detail and accuracy
