Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Officer to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving client issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations - Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators to ensure that service levels are met - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients - Prepare and present reports on client activity, feedback, and trends to senior management - Provide feedback to the company on ways to improve products, services, and client experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and reliable with the ability to handle challenging situations with poise - Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Persuasion skills to influence client decisions and drive results - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
