Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Client Service Officer to join our team at Saudi Binladin Group in Medina, SA. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently. This role is part-time at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Provide feedback to management on client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to enhance overall customer experience
