Job Description:
Savola Group is seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in client service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions - Monitor client accounts and perform regular account reviews - Generate reports on client feedback and trends to improve service offerings - Assist in developing and implementing client service policies and procedures - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service
Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual with excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Previous experience in client service or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
