Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Service Officer to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an entry-level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in person. 2. Manage client inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist clients with property inquiries, bookings, and transactions. 4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Assist in organizing and attending client meetings and events. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong time management and planning abilities. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Experience in real estate or property management is a plus. 6. Must be dedicated and energetic.
