Job Description - Client Service Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Client Service Officer to join our team at Saudi Telecom Company in Riyadh, SA. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction 3. Assist clients with product or service related questions and provide solutions to their issues 4. Coordinate with other departments to resolve client problems effectively 5. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients 7. Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients 8. Continuously strive to improve the overall client experience


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role 2. Independent and passionate individual with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service 3. Innovative thinker with high emotional intelligence 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 7. High school diploma or equivalent required
