Job Description - Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia is seeking a Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing support to our clients in Jeddah, SA.


Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist clients in navigating our products and services, offering solutions to meet their needs - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client issues or concerns - Utilize creativity and decision-making skills to provide innovative solutions to client problems - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide top-notch service


Requirements: - Resourceful and passionate individual with a strong desire to help others - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think creatively and make informed decisions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, training will be provided
