Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Almarai Company is seeking a passionate and independent Client Service Officer to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, complaints, and feedback - Maintain client databases and update records regularly - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Conduct research on industry trends and client preferences - Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to improve client service processes - Attend meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently - Strategic planning skills and the ability to think critically - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
