Job Description:

The National Industrialization Company is seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Mecca, SA. Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address their inquiries and concerns - Provide information about products, services, and promotions - Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to clients - Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding client interactions

Requirements: - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Strong persuasion and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
