Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an entry-level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, possess a resourceful and energetic personality, as well as demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner - Assist clients with property inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating property viewings - Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy in the CRM system - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide support in organizing events and promotions - Proactively identify opportunities for improving customer experience and satisfaction - Keep up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and property listings in order to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of customer service experience is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and energetic personality - Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to manage time effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
