Fitaihi Holding Group is currently seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service or customer service role.
As a Remote Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that clients receive the highest level of satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining client records, processing orders, and following up on requests in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate for this position will be resourceful and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. They should possess strong negotiation skills and have a knack for research to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
