Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a diligent and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our team at Saudi Airlines in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time Associate level position, the Client Service Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued clients.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized assistance - Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up - Coordinate with internal departments to address client needs and ensure timely resolution of any challenges - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and find mutually beneficial solutions - Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration - Provide guidance and support to clients on our products and services, ensuring they are maximizing their benefits - Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the client experience and exceed expectations - Utilize people management skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role - Confident and dedicated individual with strong interpersonal skills - Proven ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively - Excellent people management skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change - Equal opportunity employer
