Remote Client Service Representative

Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a passionate and reliable Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time Associate Level role, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client service or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients remotely through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention - Process client orders, payments, and returns accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and improve service delivery - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes - Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the CRM system - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or related field preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to negotiate effectively and handle difficult situations with diplomacy - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Fluency in English and Arabic is required
