Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Client Service Specialist to join our team at Zamil Industrial Investment Company in Riyadh. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in client services.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering client services - Identify and recommend solutions to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Stay informed on company products and services to effectively address client needs - Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts and documentation

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Ability to think critically and problem solve effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - Must be fluent in Arabic and English
