Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 4 years of experience in client service roles. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, dedicated, and possesses strong decision-making and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering any inquiries and providing exceptional customer service - Manage client accounts and ensure all customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner - Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to address any client issues or concerns - Use feedback from clients to suggest improvements to our products and services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients - Provide support for various client service projects and initiatives as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4+ years of experience in client service roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Proven track record of making innovative decisions to benefit clients
