Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Service Specialist to join our team at Hilton in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests, and will work closely with other departments within the company to address any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and timely manner - Assist clients with booking reservations and making changes to existing reservations - Keep accurate records of all client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to address client issues and resolve any problems that may arise - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients - Ensure client satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs and exceed their expectations - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the client experience and increase customer retention

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently - Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours
