Remote Client Service Specialist

Job description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Service Specialist to join the Hilton team in Jeddah, SA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of energy and adaptability, along with strong soft skills in cooperation and people management.

Responsibilities: - Remote client communication via phone, email, and other digital channels - Address client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Assist clients with booking reservations, modifying existing bookings, and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients - Maintain client databases and record all interactions for future reference - Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world

Requirements: - 3+ years of customer service experience - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong soft skills in cooperation and people management - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
