Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description

Saudi Airlines is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service remotely. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs. 4. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling client requests and transactions. 5. Develop creative solutions to meet client requirements. 6. Utilize attention to detail to ensure all client interactions are handled professionally. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and provide knowledgeable support to clients. 8. Meet and exceed service level agreements and performance metrics.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and driven personality. 2. Strong attention to detail. 3. Creative problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
