Client Service Specialist

Middle East Battery Company is looking for a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are seeking individuals who are resilient, driven, and possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the client experience - Assist in developing client service policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Monitor client accounts to track usage and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in client service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
