Client Service Specialist

As a Client Service Specialist at Hilton in Jeddah, SA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with clients and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs - Ensure client satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints in a proactive and efficient manner - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients
