Job Description:
The Remote Client Service Specialist at Saudi Electricity Company will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients remotely from the comfort of their own home in Mecca, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. 2. Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 3. Conduct research and analysis to provide clients with accurate and relevant information regarding their accounts and services. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues in a timely manner. 5. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems to enhance the overall client experience. 6. Meet and exceed key performance indicators and customer satisfaction targets. 7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest level of service is provided to clients.
Requirements: 1. Independent and energetic personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment. 2. Strong critical thinking and planning skills to effectively solve problems and anticipate client needs. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Arabic and English. 4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office suite. 5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. 6. Previous experience in a customer service or client support role preferred.
