Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Herfy Food Services Co is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) - Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Managing client accounts and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Utilizing CRM software to track client interactions and maintain records - Conducting regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - Proven experience in client service or a similar role - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
