Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Saudi Aramco is seeking a dedicated and independent Client Service Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This part-time position is perfect for someone with at least 3 years of experience in client services or a related field. As an Associate Level Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery - Utilize project management skills to coordinate and complete tasks efficiently - Make decisions regarding client needs and escalate issues as necessary - Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client services or a related field - Independent and dedicated with the ability to work effectively from home - Strong decision-making skills to handle client inquiries and issues independently - Experience in project management to coordinate tasks and prioritize deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
