Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Client Service Specialist at Herfy Food Services Co, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from your home in Riyadh, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service roles.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Conduct research to identify customer preferences and trends - Assist with order processing, tracking, and follow-up - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Meet or exceed customer service performance goals
