Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


Middle East Battery Company is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team in Mecca, SA. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for an adaptable and driven individual who possesses strong analytical skills and is able to effectively manage relationships with clients and colleagues.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist in resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Assist in developing and implementing client support strategies and processes. 6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify client needs and trends. 7. Assist in creating and delivering client presentations and reports. 8. Coordinate and schedule client meetings and appointments. 9. Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. 10. Provide administrative support as needed.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. 7. Ability to analyze data and present findings. 8. Experience in people management is a plus. 9. Must be available to work part-time hours.
