Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Support Assistant to join our team at the Saudi Electricity Company in Medina, SA. As an entry-level position, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in the energy industry. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, great interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, billing questions, and service requests. 3. Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues. 6. Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to better assist clients.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and adaptable personality with a customer-oriented mindset. 2. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively. 3. Excellent people management skills to handle a variety of client personalities. 4. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer service software.
