Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates looking to gain experience in customer service and support within the food and catering industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with order inquiries, changes, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain client records and documentation accurately - Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences - Help troubleshoot and resolve any client concerns or complaints - Assist with general office duties as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of related experience in customer service or support - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
