Remote Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

Panda Retail Company is seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team. As a part-time Associate Level position located in Medina, SA, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem-solving via phone, email, or chat. 2. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to ensure a positive experience. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless support to clients. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and updates to provide accurate information to clients. 6. Uphold a high standard of customer service and uphold the company's values and mission.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients. 4. Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients. 5. Ability to work remotely and independently. 6.
