Client Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Advanced Petrochemical Company is currently seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Client Support Assistant. This position is a part-time, work from home opportunity based in Riyadh, SA.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. 2. Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. 5. Assist in creating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients. 7. Perform various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Time management and critical thinking skills. 7. Motivated and confident personality traits.
