Bawan Company is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Support Assistant. This position is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Jeddah, SA, with a seniority level of Associate and requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.
As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. You will also assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and handling client communication via phone, email, and chat.
