Job Description - Client Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Support Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time work from home position based in Riyadh, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and adaptability skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client support via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and account management - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Assist in resolving client issues in a timely and efficient manner


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a dedicated home office space with high-speed internet
