Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Herfy Food Services Co is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Associate to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, or in-person. 2. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and proactively recommend solutions or products that align with their requirements. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely completion. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database. 5. Assist in organizing and attending client meetings, presentations, and events as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations and insights to clients. 7. Contribute to the overall success of the client support team by sharing feedback, ideas, and innovative solutions.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. 2. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues. 3. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 5. Resourceful and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus. 7. Interest in the food industry or previous experience in customer service is preferred.
