Job Description - Client Support Associate

Job Description:


ACWA Power is seeking a dynamic and driven Client Support Associate to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of support and service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests. 2. Provide timely and accurate responses to client queries through various communication channels. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate as needed. 4. Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies. 6. Conduct client meetings and presentations as needed. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system. 8. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products/services to clients.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or customer service roles. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Confident and hardworking personality traits. 5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment. 6. Experience in the energy or utilities industry is a plus. 7. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
