Client Support Associate

At Zamil Industrial Investment Company, we are seeking a motivated and independent Client Support Associate to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in person. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, issue resolution, and product information. 3. Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services. 6. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 5. Experience in sales or customer service is preferred. 6. Innovation and presentation skills are a plus.
