Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Almarai Company is seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a driven and independent individual who possesses strong teamwork skills and attention to detail. The Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and resolve issues - Process orders and maintain accurate records of client interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services - Provide product information and educate clients on our offerings - Assist in the development of client support policies and procedures - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client support role preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
