Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and confident Remote Client Support Associate to join our team at Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional client support remotely from our office in Mecca, SA.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to answer inquiries, provide assistance, and troubleshoot any issues. 2. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure client satisfaction. 4. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to clients. 5. Assist in strategic planning and execution of client support initiatives. 6. Conduct presentations to clients on new products and services. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support. 8. Handle escalated client issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 9. Assist in training new team members on client support processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. 4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using technology for client support. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Passion for providing exceptional client service. 8. Confidence in dealing with clients and addressing their needs. 9. Experience in strategic planning and presenting information to clients.
