Client Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Yanbu Cement Company is seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Support Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, with a requirement of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and technical support related to our products and services - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner - Conduct follow-up communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients - Experience in a customer service or support role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Passionate about delivering exceptional service and building relationships with clients - Cooperates well with team members and demonstrates emotional intelligence in challenging situations
