Client Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team at Saudi Aramco in Mecca, SA. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving any problems they may encounter. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Analyze client data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve the overall client experience. 5. Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, database management, and reporting. 6. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. 7. Proactively seek opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and reliable individual with strong interpersonal skills. 2. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. 3. Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 6. Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
