Job Description - Client Support Associate - Work from home


Job Description:


We are seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an entry-level candidate with zero years of experience required, this is a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the shipping industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with any inquiries, issues, or concerns they may have regarding our shipping services. 3. Process orders, track shipments, and update clients on the status of their deliveries. 4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and efficient resolution of client issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6.
