Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team at Kudu Company for Food and Catering in Jeddah, SA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in client support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and be adaptable to changing client needs.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage remote client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Coordinate with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide training on our systems. 3. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any issues or requests in a timely manner. 4. Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance their experience with our company. 5. Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on service usage and performance metrics. 6. Develop strategies to upsell additional products or services to existing clients and increase revenue. 7. Lead a team of remote client support specialists and provide guidance on best practices for client communication and problem-solving. 8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring to team members to help them reach their full potential. 9. Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and improve efficiency in client support operations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 3. Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in remote communication tools such as video conferencing and chat platforms. 6. Experience working with diverse client populations and understanding cultural differences. 7. Knowledge of the food and catering industry is a plus.
