Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:

Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team based in Medina, SA. This is a part-time position at the mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 6 years of experience in client support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee a team of remote client support specialists to ensure timely and effective communication with clients. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Collaborate with other departments to address client issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 4. Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Create and maintain client support documentation and training materials. 6. Provide regular reports on client support KPIs and performance metrics to senior management.
