Client Support Manager

Job Description:

Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by managing client relationships, resolving issues, and providing support to our valued clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support throughout their journey with our company. 4. Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve overall client experience. 5. Create and maintain client support documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and other helpful resources. 6. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. 8. Provide regular reports and updates on client support activities to management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in client support, customer service, or a related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. 5. Demonstrated teamwork skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. 6. Creativity and flexibility in developing solutions to meet client needs. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
