Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Client Support Manager to join our team at Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company in Riyadh, SA. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a high level of energy, independence, creativity, and critical thinking skills to effectively manage client relationships and enhance the overall customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are understood and met - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions that exceed expectations - Analyze client feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience - Keep detailed records of client interactions and maintain accurate client databases - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed support to clients - Travel to client locations as needed to provide on-site support and build relationships - Assist in the development and execution of client support strategies to achieve company goals


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client support or a similar role - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients - Energetic and proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative
