Job Description - Client Support Manager


Job Description:


Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and problems are resolved in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, promoting trust and loyalty - Take ownership of client issues and follow through to resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met and solutions are implemented effectively - Proactively identify areas for improvement in client services and make recommendations to management - Provide product and service demonstrations to clients as needed - Analyze client feedback and data to make informed decisions on improving client satisfaction


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client support or a related field - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong negotiation and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
