Job Description - Client Support Manager

As the Client Support Manager at Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company in Jeddah, SA, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem resolution, and relationship building with clients. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in client support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance the overall customer experience - Provide product or service information to clients and suggest additional products or services to meet their needs - Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system - Assist in the development of client support materials, such as FAQs and user guides - Monitor client satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement


Requirements: - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong teamwork and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
