Job Description:
National Water Company is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Client Support Manager to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in client support and relationship management.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback - Work closely with sales and technical teams to address client needs and concerns - Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collaborate with internal teams to implement client-specific solutions and ensure timely delivery of services - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth - Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and best practices to improve client support strategies - Utilize creativity and innovative thinking to develop new initiatives and programs to enhance the client experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field - Proven experience in client support, account management, or customer service - Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the water industry is a plus
